These terms apply to your use of renom.agency (the "site"), run by Renom ("Renom", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Our services
The site describes our done-for-you YouTube services. Prices and package details are given for information and may change. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Sending an application doesn't create a contract or an obligation for either side, and we may decline any application.
Results shown on the site
The figures on this site, such as views, tracked sales and video timelines, come from YouTube channels we own and run ourselves. The sales figures are affiliate sales tracked by our partners' reporting. They are not results we achieved for clients.
Past results don't predict future ones. What a channel achieves depends on your market, your offer, your competition and many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any number of views, rankings, leads, sales or revenue.
The free audit
The free audit is an analysis we share for information. It isn't a guarantee of results or professional advice. It's yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
What you send us
Please only send information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Don't send confidential information through the form. If we need it later, we'll agree on how to handle it first. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, graphics and logo) belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. You're welcome to read it and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission. Renom and the Renom logo are our trademarks.
YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Renom is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Other product and company names on this site belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to break into it or disrupt it, and don't send automated or spam submissions through the form.
Links to other websites
The site may link to other websites, such as YouTube or LinkedIn. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Mexico. This doesn't take away any rights your local consumer law gives you that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
