Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect on renom.agency (the "site"), how we use it and the choices you have. In this policy, "Renom", "we" and "us" mean Renom.

What we collect

What you send us. When you apply for a free audit, we collect your name, work email, company website, YouTube channel (if you share it), what you sell and to whom, your monthly revenue range and your budget answer. When you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use it only to keep the site secure and running.

No cookies, no tracking. The site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn't send your data to a font provider.

Embedded videos. Some blog articles contain YouTube videos. They only load when you click play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you play a video, Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To review your application and prepare your free audit.
  • To reply to you and talk about working together.
  • To deliver our services if you become a client.
  • To keep the site secure and fix problems.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We won't add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and they may only use it to provide their services to us:

  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
  • Resend: delivers the application form to our inbox by email.
  • Infomaniak Network SA and Proton AG: email hosting.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Where your data is processed

We're a US company and our team works remotely from more than one country. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where the law requires it, our providers' safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and emails for up to 24 months after our last exchange. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together, then as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@renom.agency and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to restrict or object to how we use your data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We process your data to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (reviewing your application and preparing your audit), for our legitimate interests (replying to you and keeping the site secure), and to meet legal obligations.

If you're in California, we don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't disclose it to third parties for their direct marketing.

Do Not Track. We don't track visitors over time or across other websites, and we don't let third parties do so on our site. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals therefore don't change how the site works.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and only our team can access the applications we receive. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. They're not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
